SmartMatch™ was developed to address one of the most common challenges within the chauffeur industry: limited visibility into who is actually delivering a client's journey. By combining verified chauffeur profiling with structured allocation processes, SmartMatch™ helps ensure chauffeur selection is informed by relevant experience, suitability and operational requirements rather than availability alone.

The Challenge with Traditional Chauffeur Booking
The chauffeur industry often operates through extensive subcontracting networks.
A hotel, executive assistant or private client may place a booking with a trusted provider, but the chauffeur who ultimately delivers the journey is frequently sourced through multiple layers of suppliers and freelance networks.
This model allows the industry to provide broad coverage and flexibility. However, it can also create a lack of visibility into who has actually been assigned to the booking.
In many cases, the organisation paying for the service has little insight into:
• The chauffeur's background
• Relevant experience
• Language capabilities
• Service history
• Previous client feedback
• Why that chauffeur was selected in the first place
After more than a decade operating within the industry, we recognised that the challenge was not necessarily finding chauffeurs. The challenge was creating greater visibility and accountability around chauffeur allocation.
SmartMatch™ was developed to address that gap.
Rather than treating chauffeurs as interchangeable resources, SmartMatch™ introduces a structured process that helps ensure allocations are supported by verified information, operational knowledge and journey-specific requirements.
Introducing SmartMatch™
SmartMatch™ is FTC Chauffering's chauffeur intelligence and allocation framework.
It was developed to solve a challenge that exists across much of the chauffeur industry: limited visibility into who is actually delivering a client's journey.
Many bookings pass through multiple suppliers, dispatchers and subcontracting networks before a chauffeur is assigned. While this model is common throughout the industry, it often means the end client has little understanding of the individual ultimately representing the service.
SmartMatch™ introduces greater structure, transparency and accountability into this process.
By combining verified chauffeur profiling with journey-specific analysis, SmartMatch™ helps ensure chauffeur allocation is informed by relevant experience, suitability and operational requirements rather than availability alone.
The objective is not to replace human judgement or claim that one chauffeur is universally better than another. The objective is to provide greater confidence in how chauffeur selection decisions are made.
